Friendly atmosphere with good advice where needed. Even when decision was difficult as to which hotel to choose no pressure or influence to was applied. holiday price achieved seemed value compared to other agents.

Excellent customer service - found the perfect holiday with Mikki’s help

Mikki has been totally fabulous. I originally enquired about a cruise in January and she has been amazing at offering different cruises to meet our budget and checking in to see if my family had agreed on a particular cruise. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.

Mikki helped me choose the best deal and is very prompt with emailing back when I have my questions:) thank you 😊

Lisa was very helpful, went through all the cruise lines to get the best deal until I found the best one for me, I decided on P&O 2 weeks in the Carribean end of November, great customer service
