Gemma, the Travel Agent that dealt with us went to great lengths to get my wife and myself a good deal on a holiday, recognizing that disposable funds for pensioners can be very tight. She worked very hard to find a holiday, with flights, that we could afford.

Olivia, the representative was great. To be landed with 3 older ladies was a challenge especially as one (me) did not know her Prague from her Krakow. She was patient, informative, answering all our questions with a smile.

We went in to book a cruise to the Arctic Circle about which we knew very little. Olivia was beyond helpful. She answered all our questions and made suggestions we hadn't even thought about. She spoke knowledgeable with the travel company and made sure all our needs were known and will be met.
