The girls at the Lanark branch are all so informative and friendly.
Always a pleasure to go in for currency exchange or to book a holiday with a team with so much knowledge.

Having used Hays in the past , nothing has changed , same perfect commitment from the staff to find and book you your perfect Holiday, first class from start to finish

From first walking into the store we were greeted by Kelly, after sitting chatting and saying where we would like to go, Kelly covered every option and secured us a lovely holiday

Kelly was brill. She was unwell but managed to find us a great holiday.

I always book my family holidays with Hays Travel as I have been a customer for many years. The staff are all lovely and very professional, taking time and care to ensure you get everything you want from your holiday at the best prices. Even if I see a holiday I like online, I go into the shop and discuss it with them as they’ve probably been and can give you advice about the hotel and area, which you don’t really get online. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Booked last week for7 nights flying from Edinburgh then decided to go for 10 nights and fly from Glasgow, Aillie spent a lot of time to sort it out for me,can't thank her enough for doing it.
