A really good team to deal with all welcoming and professional .I also appreciate that they don’t pressurise you to book and they are happy to to look at all options to get you the holiday you want at the most competitive price .I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend .

We have used Hays Travel in Lanark for a few years now and around 8 holidays, mostly city breaks. Without fail, they have booked us great hotels, made sure we were happy with the travel arrangements and had all the information we needed. Staff are very friendly and they remember us when we go in, asking all about our most recent holiday and helping us find our next one.

I was treated well and my choices were what I wanted.Any questions I asked were answered informatively.The result being that the holiday was what I was looking for and I happily booked on the advice I was given.

What a wonderful experience we had yesterday! Kelly was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We left feeling like we'd known her for years. All staff came over and chatted away.

A very nice young lady who helped me organise my holiday insurance, nothing was any bother. The lady took time answered all my questions and advised the best one to have.

The staff are fab, they go the extra mile, on my recent visit to the Lanark shop they put in extra work to get me better flight times etc, they looks up reviews on the accommodation also while you are looking to allow you to make the best choice, I always have set requests about transfer times etc and it’s never to much trouble

Ailie was really helpful and got our booking done without any hassle. Ailie also gave recommendations on how to book excursions etc. All the staff at Hays Lanark are amazing.

Service was excellent. Ailie got us fixed up with flights to Tenerife and when we phoned a week later to add a mobility scooter to our booking she got it all fixed for us. Thanks very much for your help with this.
