Kirsty was so easy to deal with, understood what I needed and sorted the extra things I asked about too. She was able to beat the online price of going with the supplier directly. Highly recommend her.

Kirsty was friendly , helpful and quick at replying. Kirsty made sure we got the best price for our holiday and checked over all the requirements we were looking for. Kirsty made me aware of extras we were intitled to that I wasn’t aware of . 10/10 service

Kirsty listen to my needs and produced a great flight and hotels to choose from. She was efficient and helpful. I do have a few questions to ask when she returns from her sabbatical which I can rely on a prompt response She was recommended to me and I am glad I chose to get my holiday from her. I had enquired a Cooptravel at the Moorland centre they never came back to me with any holiday proposals which the promised so will never go there again! Well done Kirsty

We wanted to book a 5 day cruise and…
We wanted to book a 5 day cruise and Kirsty asked if she could call me to discuss a cruise. She did this because we have never been on a cruise and wanted to explain how it can be different. I think she went that extra mile to help us. I am very impressed
