Kirsty is excellent and sorted out exactly what we wanted, she was so helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Hays Travel and Kirsty. Kirsty sorted our family holiday really quickly. Communication was great. She even went above and beyond by noticing we were away for the husbands birthday and has added that to the notes, which was a lovely touch.
