Booked with Hays in Kirkby on a Cunard cruise for 2028. Pre registered with Nikki who was very informative and on the day Chantelle dealt with the confirmed booking. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Answered all my questions. Thanks ladies 😁

Quick and easy no problems, all paperwork completed in one visit.

I had only knew I wanted to go to Portugal and that was it, within 20 minutes Charlotte had booked me and my wife a lovely stay in Algarve. She made everything very simple and professional. I will be book every holiday with Charlotte 10/10. Her help and communication was amazing

The staff are what makes the score 5 star. Lucy remembers our information so as soon as I come in she quickly highlights a choice of holidays that meet our needs, wants and budget. She even remembered my husband needed assisted travel when I had forgotten to mention it.

The member of staff was very nice and experienced This time we only did are holiday insurance as holidays are already booked. The girl gave us a number to phone about any health issues we may have that was a total nightmare as I phoned 9 times without getting through all more than 3/4 of an hour each time just music no info of what number you are in the queue just music then now an then a voice says there busy at the moment phone back later on in the week There must be another way quicker to do this maybe even in the shop as you book as not all people can use the internet or have access to it.

Nicolas in the Kirkby office was very professional. She talked us through all the options & got the best deal for us.

Lucy was so helpful when booking my first family holiday can’t recommend her enough. Always happy to help with my 100’s of questions nothing is ever an issue for her.
