Girls are always glad to see you nothings ever to much trouble. The shop has a gorgeous atmosphere its like a little family. Genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else to book our holidays. Sam in the kirkby branch has just booked our next holiday and shes amazing thanks Sam! X

Had the most helpful of people Nikki went above and beyond to get us our cruise. It was a little different for us as I have a disabled boy who has a wheelchair but she got one for us!! Absolutely delighted 😄thank you so much Nikki😄😄

Charlotte was very pleasant and helpful

The young woman who helped me with my booking was very friendly and helpful (can’t recall it now). She helped me look at some different options and answered all my questions. She was very excited when speaking with as this was getting planned as a gift and it was nice to share it with someone

Nikkii made it easy to book after I rang for abit more info on something I seen on Instagram. She was brilliant. Would use again 100 percent.

Customer service is amazing, we booked to go to Croatia all good just as expected , but we booked sorted out payment etc and then my son wanted to come , the ladies in Kirkby branch contacted the air line changed our room to an upgraded one cancelled my direct debit and set up a new one, complete sorted everything out ad we did not have to go back to the store ,, we have a cruise this year in September and Croatia is fir next year we will definitely be using hays again amazing service thank you so much
