All agents listened to what we wanted and put together a great package.

The second we walked through the door Tamzin gave us a warm welcome. She booked our cruise for us with expert knowledge and was most helpful and polite. Thank you.

Staff were attentive, patient and helpful. We didn't have a particular destination in mind, which probably made their job harder.

I think the experience could be improved by keeping the monitors angled (when the agent is looking through options) so that the customer can see.

We ended up spending more than we expected (that always happens) and this was further compounded by the fact that we're now also paying for our adult children!

All in all, very happy with the service we received from Hays. Will use again.

Because the weather has been so miserable, we decided to have a cruise round the Canaries next winter to avoid the blues next year. We called in to Hay’s King’s Lynn where Zoe was very helpful. We didn’t want anything too expensive and Zoe booked us on to a great cruise at a reasonable price, exactly what we wanted and she made the booking process much easier than me trying to book it on line. Dan was very welcoming and took the time to ask us what we were looking for.
He showed us a good range of suitable holidays within our budget. He also spoke to us about travel insurance and airport parking, which was valuable information. He also said that if we had any questions about our holiday that he’d be happy to help. Overall an excellent and friendly service. It took the stress out of trawling through lots of different options.
