The personal service from Helen was excellent very thorough and we look forward to seeing her when we book our next trip

Kings Lynn were very helpful, March branch, besides being difficult for me to enter just didn't want to help me.
Booking was quick and easy, however the information required for my electric wheelchair had me jumping through hoops and some questions I couldn't answer

Was greeted with a smile from Daniel, he was extremely helpful and spent time finding our holiday l felt we gave him a challenge but he followed through, l would definitely return and ask for Daniel as he listened and supported us through the booking. Thanks on behalf of myself and my sister.

We recently booked a last-minute family holiday with Hays Travel after having to cancel our original trip due to the Middle East conflict, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service.

The team were all so friendly and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Emilia. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us through options at short notice, sharing ideas we hadn’t considered, and helping us secure the best possible deal. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really stood out was the level of personal service. When I returned to the shop 10 days later to collect our currency, Emilia not only remembered me by name, but also recalled little details about our trip – something you don’t often see these days.

We’ve always booked holidays ourselves online in the past, but this experience has completely changed our perspective. We’ll absolutely be using Hays Travel again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

The service in this King's Lynn branch is excellent, I have booked three holidays here this year after the great service I also received whilst booking my holidays last year.
Helen leads her staff team by example, she is friendly,knowledgeable,helpful and patient. The staff make me feel valued from the initial booking , through to check in , ordering my foreign currency and calling after my return for feedback on the holiday. Thank you! Pam F

The fact they will be there ask through to our time of departure is reassuring.

This year we had a rough idea that we fancied a break to Barcelona. Went into Hays and just like last year when we fancied a break in Slovenia, we came out with a confirmed booking, car parking paid , flights and accommodation sorted out very quickly indeed , can't praise Hays travel enough.
