Our agent Jayne was extremely helpful and efficient -the cruise we chose was checked for availability plus cabin chosen and all our questions answered within a very short time.
We are now on a count down for our holiday.

I booked a Virgin Cruise through Hays a couple of years ago and were so impressed with the service that we didn’t hesitate to return for this summer’s holiday.

We needed four cabins for our cruise we wanted to book. Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out the best available cabins we required and also linked the bookings together so we could travel as one party. Will not hesitate to use there service again
