I dealt with Imogen and she was extremely helpful and very thorough. She didn’t rush me and booked my flights etc with great professionalism.
I was delighted with the service.

I won’t go anywhere else to book a holiday. The team are so welcoming and friendly. They sorted everything out for me when I booked my next holiday and talked me through everything. When I needed special assistance added to a booking on my last holiday it was sorted straight away and explained to me. They give your experience a personal touch. Thank you to Elle for arranging and your patience with my slightly nutty daughter 🤣

Jess was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly couldn’t have asked for anything more

We went in to see about a cruise the staff went through everything and sat with us for a hour making sure we were happy and went through good options. we booked. This was at Keynsham hays travel. Also asked about another holiday she got us all brochures and looked for us with out being pushy to book. I liked that no pressure and no problems going through stuff.
