We went in to pre-book a cruise for 2028. We required the extra options regarding disabled cruising; the evac chair, the adapted cabin etc. The pre-booking system was new, but Ellie took time to discuss our needs, understood our wants and dealt with us and the P&O system in a calm, professional manner. We appreciated her time and knowledge and have a cruise booking confirmed. Brilliant service.

Staff so friendly and very professional

As always the staff were friendly and professional. We were dealt with by the Manager, Jayne, who used here personal knowledge to advise us and enable us to choose something suitable for our requirements.

Straight to the point, no messing about.

Have used Hays before to book flights to Vietnam .This time a package holiday abroad .one thing sticks out to me is they never pressure you to go above budget .

We love going in to Hays to book our holidays. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and definitely make us smile, thank you.

The staff are all very helpful with their suggestions & give very clear advice. In particular Rachel has helped us with many queries that we have had. She has followed up where necessary with other suggestions we would not have thought of.

Only thing I would like to see different is small print please pass on to head office and I would like there number please
