Travel agent was well informative with first hand experience, helpful finding the exact details I was looking for and provided good assurance.

Sharon was really lovely and took the time to listen to what was important to us for our holiday. It will be our son's 40th Birthday so a special place was needed with sunshine in February !

Visited the store with a rough idea of what we wanted and Laura was very helpful in catering for our requests and went through several options with patience and humour.

The staff are always helpful it was easy to book my 2026 holiday Astley know me and even got my travel insurance sorted out for the trip and an up and coming one at the end of the month excellent.

Upon entering the store, Alison.was very welcoming and friendly. Booking a holiday for myself, partner, mum, sister,brother in law and 3 kids was going to be problematic to try and get what we all needed. Due to extensive spinal surgery few years ago, this will be my first holiday abroad as beimg "disabled". This brings a whole lot of other issues that you have to try and navigate around! So I felt extremely apprehensive about finding the right place with the assistance I would need at the airports, as well as a family holiday that would suit all our needs.
My partner,mother and I wanted to go for 10 days and sister for 7, so basically confusing the situation even more.
Alison was extremely patient and understanding with us and explained in depth about different accommodations and the facilities in place. Alison was really helpful and nothing was an issue for her to sort or find out. For all of us, it was a great experience of exceptional customer service. The main thing about this for me was that Alison actually cared about what our concerns and needs were and for me, meant fab customer service! I would absolutely recommend Hays in Irvine
