As always.Allison sailed us through our booking and our insurance too.We never feel rushed and there is always a nice atmosphere in the shop.

My friend and had been in the week before looking for information as friend was going to concert down in London and her bus had been cancelled sorry can’t remember her name but in a instant she was looking up flights hotel and even gave her directions so when I entered shop yesterday and saw her sitting there I knew I wanted to be helped by her such a lovely lady nothing was to much for her

Lisa, who booked our holiday was very helpful and patient with us, as we didn't have a destination in mind at the time. We eventually decided on half board at the four star Park Plaza hotel in Pula, Croatia, directly on a beautiful coastline.

I have now booked 2 cruise holidays with Hays Travel Irvine. Lisa and Stacey helped us find exactly what we were looking for, we spent a couple of weeks deciding on Cruise line, Itinerary and then cabin booking and everything went so smoothly from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for them. Lisa was very helpful from the first contact. She assisted me continually with different quotes for different hotels over a couple of weeks and nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to the store.
