Gemma was as helpful as ever as are any of the staff whenever I visit the travel agents.

Nicola was fantastic as usual. I booked 2 cruises and a trip to Tenerife and it was all done with the usual efficiency. All the staff were lovely.

I have been using Hays travel Hucknall few a good few years.They are very experienced at what they do and nothing is to much trouble,always welcoming when you walk in.Would recommend to anyone.Plus it's a point of contact if there are any problems.Would definitely recommend..

We were listened to regarding where we wanted to stay etc and at each stage we're asked if we were happy with the holiday choices. Also advised if we had any problems or misgivings to return to Hayes travel for advice and help. A good experience.

I have used Hays travel for a number of years, firstly in Bridlington where Jonathan and his staff were amazing and recently we moved back to Hucknall and have booked our holidays at the Hucknall branch.
Katie (Hucknall) sorted our previous holiday was brilliant so our break was all we wanted, we booked yesterday at Hucknall with Mason again he was brilliant listened to what we needed and took steps so they would be available when we arrived at our hotel.
I must say in my opinion you can't beat Hays or the staff.
