Always book my holidays with the local Hayes, everyone is very professional and helpful, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The patience of Gemma was far beyond what she needed to do. I was probably a nightmare customer, trying to book for 10 adult and 3 children. Needed an onsite water park, near the main town and free child places. Gemma was amazing. Found everything I asked for. Thankyou so much.

Went in for a special deal, discussed it, Then they found us a deal that included travel to Portsmouth. Nothing was too much trouble, really pleased.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions and if not knowing the full answers would fine out. The staff got back to us promptly and helped us find the best deal. We would definitely use this travel agent again.
