So willing to help us get the best deals going

I have ordered money and been told that I can pay by my credit card by the lady on the phone when I confirmed my order and on the chat also. I went to collect them, drive 1 hour from my home to find out that I can't pay this way. I could save the time and ask someone to collect them who lives closer. The second thing is the address on the website is not updated as the company moved to the new place.

Being totally human and not behaving like robots. My booking took a very long time due to various hitches through no fault of their own. They were very patient and Izzy and her boss were very outgoing and friendly.

Jade at Hays Hinckley went above and beyond finding the holiday we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. This is the second long haul tailor made holiday she has sorted for us. It was definitely customer comes first in this store.

Kacey was very helpfull in store told her what i was looking to do with my trip as was looking to go New Zealand and do some traveling there then to Thialand on way back for a few days while we was waiting for the confirmation we look at the travel and bike hire that we spoke about on the computer she was very helpfull and her colleges to realy good service many thanks
