The phone was always answered quickly by an employee saying their name.
Everyone was polite.
Jody who I mostly deal with having known her from the Rugby branch is always friendly and helpful.

For many years I've booked with hayes travel at the skegness branch but since moving ive got to the hinckley one and they was brillant even the young apprentice was very good

Phoned saturday morning to see if they could price match holiday could not book that day as needed to get holiday approved went to shop yesterday price match for holiday great service noithing was a problem

Helen, was professional went through everything that we wanted to know about our choice of going to Rhodes, when we were done, Helen got the paperwork and went through it all again to make sure we were happy with everything that we wanted to have, we have seen Sam when Helen wasn’t there, and she has also been helpful and professional, they all do a good job and we will always go with Hays Travel because we are so happy Mr and Mrs Nelson
