We recently cancelled a holiday booked through Hays Travel through no fault of ours or Hays Travel. Isabelle handled all the details of getting our deposit refunded and we were very grateful. This is the sort of help we rely on Hays Travel to provide. We returned to book a replacement holiday and again went through all the details with Isabelle. We always find this reassuring and feel confident that Hays Travel would help us sort out any problems should they arise. Thank you Isabelle and all your colleagues at Hays Travel.
