Booked a cruise holiday for June 2027 at Hays Travel Heswall Wirral. My wife and I found staff to be professional, helpful and knowledgeable.The booking process was smooth running and we felt confident when we left the shop. Now looking forward in celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary next June.

Rose at Heswall branch went over and above to find us a great holiday within our criteria. The process was really easy. We were very grateful for her advice and expertise. Will definitely be using Hays Heswall again.

We always use Hays travel, but this is the first time we have booked through your Heswall branch. We saw a young lady called Paige, who was most helpful in choosing not only flights, but took into consideration our need for a hotel close to the Christmas markets in Krakow.
