Three of us went in for guidance on where was best to stay in madeira, as our experience last year was a little disappointing with the hotel we chose.Scarlett dealt with us patiently and knowledgeably resulting in us booking a hotel we have looked at for about four years now.

Holiday booking
When booking our holiday for a special occasion Isabelle was exceptional. I went to her wanting a specific holiday but without a a real idea of location and regularly raised questions. She was always helpful and knowledgeable and checked on everything for me. She gave me a number of options and has assisted me with ensuring my children’s allergies are noted.
