Charlotte understood our needs very quickly and was extremely efficient and clear when looking at different options and explaining them to us. She made our booking very simple and straightforward, and had all the necessary paperwork etc done in no time at all. It is always very good at Hays and this occasion was no exception.

So much easier than booking online.
I spent a whole day trying to find suitable flights online, but had found the comparison sites very confusing. (Some included luggage, others not, prices in dollars etc) It was almost impossible to speak to customer services.
I went into Hays travel in Hempstead Valley, and Rosie had everything booked in no time.
