Theservice was good with good knowledge diap[layed by the rep Information was imparted in a timely concise manner and the rep was friendly and accurate which gave us confidence to place our booking with her.

Emma @ Hempstead valley was very helpful and knowledgeable and found a great deal.

We have booked with hays travel before and have always found them helpful.
We booked with the branch in Hemstead Valley Gillingham we spoke to 2 peaple and spoke to one member of staff on the phone, all 3 were helpful. We would recommend hays travel it was a refreshing exspearence The time we was there nothing was rushed and if we needed anymore help we only had to ask. We are now looking forward to our cruise knowing we have backup help if we have any issues leading up to the cruise. If you can can you please let the ladies at the branch know we were very pleased with the sevice they provided.

From the moment we stepped foot in the Hays store, we were welcomed by and had the full attention of our advisor, Nicki. She was personable and quick to pick up on our needs, priorities and expectations. She was enthusiastic about our chosen travel company and passionate about the actual tour we were considering. After chatting through the detailed itinerary together, we decided to go ahead there and then. The in-store booking process was straightforward. Plus, there were decent offers to take advantage of at the time. Overall a lovely professional experience, just as it should be when buying a holiday.

Friendly helpful service, 1st time with them and they made everything easy. Can't say about the actual holiday as we're not there yet! But booking was easy.

Lovely travel rep, couldn’t do enough for us. Went above and beyond and was very compassionate when we had to ask her to remove one of the guests due to their passing away. Was very informative when asked about medical care on the ship when asked about allergies.
