Very professional and helpful

Great Friendly Staff, always very helpful.

The staff were lovely. Friendly and booked the holiday and also found the hotel which we wanted under our budget. They rented us our boarding passes which was excellent service.

Real expertise at work, we could have never done what was done for us by oursleves

Sally was very welcoming and patient answering all my questions. She had also done research before my visit. Felt much more confident having someone take me through the booking process.

Brilliant service. Steve went out of his way to find the right holiday for me. Definitely recommend Hays.

Went in and saw Karen not all Karen’s are Karen’s
We wanted to change one of our holidays wasn’t sure if we could do it we was there on Saturday Karen said I’ll try and call Monday as Saturdays are manic which we totally understood
Within 10 minutes of leaving I received a phone call from Karen all sorted this really is the best travel agent with the best staff
Oh well looks we have to book another holiday lol 😂

Huge thanks to Steve, Brita and the team at Hays Travel, Hemel Hempstead. They booked my 12 day Norwegian coastal ferry/cruise with Havila which included flights to and from Bergen, hotel stay in Bergen, transport from the airport to the hotel, several excursions during the cruise and transport from the ship back to the airport after the cruise. Received a fantastic detailed itinerary listing daily activities and excursions. The Havila trip was beyond expectations, beautiful ship, amazing scenery, fine dining, lovely sea view cabin too. Even saw the spectacular Northern Lights on 5 nights. Not a traditional cruise, the scenery, excursions and fellow passengers are your entertainment. Perfect for those who prefer small ship travel where the ship can enter fjords that huge cruise liners can’t get to. There were around 200 passengers, not a huge cruise line which is not my idea of fun. Saved me a lot of hassle booking individual components myself. Highly recommend Hays, will definitely use them again. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Very helpful and nothing was to much trouble

We had a lovely lady called Karen who was very friendly and so helpful, we are two over 70 ladies who wanted to book a holiday, she found us a great deal in Greece very reasonable price and explained everything to us, would definitely recommend her.

Sally and the Team at Hays Hemel. Hempstead are just fab!! They are not about just booking your holiday and getting you out of the door they get excited with you and make the whole booking process fun , i will 100% be booking my future holidays with them
