Stephen was knowledgable, listened, confirmed things for our break as he went along on the system.
Nothing was too much trouble, even phoned the hotel as ground room ended due to mobility issues.
Printed out holiday insurance quote too.
James.. needs a mention too… very hot day & we’re given glasses of water.
Never been into Hays Travel in Hemel before but it will be my go too place in future.

The lady who dealt with my flight was very professional. helpful and friendly, there was another lady on the other end of the booking fone was also very professional, I could overhear the other staff in the room taking bookings and they too were the same
