Brilliant customer service, friendly staff, always find exactly what I'm looking for.
This is the 3rd time this year I've booked with Joy, she is wonderful at sorting out my holidays, I can always rely on her, and a great asset to the company. The whole team in the Hanley store are all very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Look forward to many more holidays booked with them. Thanks everybody

Joy at the Hanley branch was amazing. We went on the Saturday with a spontaneous trip idea and were flying Sunday for 3 nights to Zante. Joy booked, checked us in and printed everything off for us. It was a pity she wasn't flying the plane😀 5 star service, no stress, and unforgettable experience we will definitely be going back to book again (hopefully with Joy) 👍

I am lucky to have booked my 4th holiday this year. Jodie from Hanley branch has again excelled herself to finding yet another great looking hotel. I didn't know where to go this time as I'm trying to go 'everywhere' to get the experience of different countries. Been to Malta, Tenerife Corfu so far this year and now she found an ideal trip to Bulgaria. Great work Jodie and thank you for your patience 😁👍

We usually book all holidays ourselves online but as the holiday was a cruise with add ons and options we needed advice. The guy in Hays was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Cruise sorted! Roll on next year.

The Staff at Hayes Travel in Hanley are simply the best.with more experienced than most others Travel Agent.as the Staff have worked together throw all different Names of Travel Agents.and always find you the holiday you are looking for.And it is the only Travel Agent which does Direct debit each month and you can spread the cost over the months.so please remember you can go any where in the world 🌎🌍🌎🌍 with Hay'sTravel. Jodie was very helpful at Hanley Branch when we were enquiring about a Med cruise- no pressure then we called the following day to book Jodie not in office that day so Mark attended to us, also very helpful- thank you 😀
