I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Grace at Hays Travel in Halifax, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, Grace was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday was everything we wanted it to be.

Well I rang a lady called Courtney on Sunday to to see if you had a hotel that I wanted to stay in , she was very helpful and talked me through a few things and had what I was looking for nothing was too much trouble at all , so on the Monday after work I went into the shop and booked it she was very friendly and professional and her knowledge was amazing, I will certainly book my holidays with your company again 😊
