Geraldine made the booking process so easy. I already knew exactly what I wanted so I passed on those details along with what she asked for and that was it. She booked it, assigned our seats and even sorted out the assistance needed for my children.
It could not have been any easier. Having a personal conversation with Geraldine made her understand our needs as a family and she dealt with it appropriately :)

One stood out as ticking a few boxes and at a good price, after having the questions I’d asked answered I booked the trip.
