Geraldine is brilliant I messaged her…
Geraldine is brilliant I messaged her at 2.30pm on Sunday afternoon and asked her if she could look at a cruise for me. As always she was at her desk and by 3.45 pm she had got me an excellent deal and I'm now a happy smiling bunny with a 14 day cruise to look forward to. I don't think there is anyone who works harder for her clients even on a Sunday.

Geraldine is amazing...
Geraldine made the booking process so easy. I already knew exactly what I wanted so I passed on those details along with what she asked for and that was it. She booked it, assigned our seats and even sorted out the assistance needed for my children.
It could not have been any easier. Having a personal conversation with Geraldine made her understand our needs as a family and she dealt with it appropriately :)
