Stuck in Manchester 28/02 due to the conflict in the Middle East, due to fly to Doha.

Alice Mothershaw has arranged our last 3 Holidays. She is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. She will go above and beyond to ensure the Holiday booked suits your every need. She always keeps us well informed by email or phone and, quite frankly our Holidays would not be the same if it were not for Alice. She is presently arranging our next one! She is a real credit to Hays Travel in Gainsborough.

Sophie was personable, friendly and very helpful. She listened to the details of what we were looking for and proceeded to find a holiday to suit our needs. We didn’t feel at all rushed. We would definitely recommend Hays travel to friends and family.

Words fail me how bad my experience was, left us without our break to Prague .
Utterly destroyed my leave off work,
Resulting in having to wait for a refund so unable to book new flights or hotel in time.
Unfortunately I won’t be using Hays Travel again.
