Excellent service from friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I went in knowing the holiday i wanted and was able to get a discount which i wasn't expecting. Staci also sorted out passenger assistance for me, including seat and transport which i didn't know was available.
I recommend Hays.

We found that Hannah at Hays Travel at Gainsborough really listened to our requests. She gave good advice, came up with some quotes we were happy with but then after we did some research, we changed our plans to visit a different place and found that Staci then matched us up with the revised holiday requested . All staff were so helpful and attentive, kept us informed and gave professional service throughout. Booking process went very smoothly 😁

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish. Hats in Gainsborough found us the perfect holiday, and sent all communications promptly, with email reminders for the return trip home.
They were so good we have asked them to find another holiday for us!

Great experience
On walking into the store we were greeted by warm friendly staff. Staci dealt with our initial enquiry and was really helpful. When we received our quote and returned to the store we were met by Hannah, who talked us through the quote and called the travel company to clear up some queries we had, helping us a great deal. All in all a really good experience. We would definitely recommend Hays Travel Gainsborough.

Helpful, happy, holiday people
We are always greeted with a welcoming smile and any questions are skillfully answered.
Our entire booking experience was dealt with patience and professionalism.
Advice on skincare, clothing and useful accessories for our destination were freely offered.
Once we'd booked we were able to access a preferable rate for our holiday currencies from the bureau de change at the rear of the shop.
