Fantastic customer service from Chloe at Fakenham. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Chloe made it stress free and seamless. I can't believe how easy she made it for me to book a holiday from picking the destination, plane seating, insurance and everything else.. Thank you

Only when things go wrong, will you see how good the staff are in Hays Travel. I asked for an electronic Ticket and boarding pass via an email attachment.
I received these PDF files for my Backup, within 3 hours. Well done Hays Travel.

Willow did a great job.
Willow was obviously quite new to the job, but she was quietly confident and this inspired confidence in us. We were a group of four who were having quite a lot of banter between ourselves, and asking various questions, all of which she handled with aplomb. Will did a great job.
