Made booking my holiday a really easy experience, with phone call on up dates.

I went to both the kings Lynn and fakenham shops and all the staff were friendly and very thorough with all details. First time using Hays and will definitely go to them again.

We were REALLY impressed with Evie, who was extremely helpful and thorough when booking our trip to Cyprus. She listened carefully to all our needs and requests and went out of her way to make everything easy and trouble-free for us. Thank you, Evie! We shall let you know how it goes!

Very welcoming on arriving in the store. Researched & thourogh with our needs & priorities. When contacted back to book although a different person from another store the service was equally helpful & accommodating. Overall very satisfied & happy with the service. ☺️5 ⭐️

Staff were able to answer all our questions. Staff always helpful. We told them the holiday we wanted and they guided us through everything and made helpful suggestions. Booking was straight forward.

Great Travel Agents. Chloe was really kind and helpful as she was when I previously booked a holiday with her. She found me different choices based on my requirements. She gave me tips for when I travel. Booked quickly and paying by instalments means I can pay over a few months rather than one payment. I will always use Hays Travel for future trips.

Chloe the manager of Fakenham Hays , Is truly a pleasure to visit , she works incredibly hard, and with so much passion, she will find you your perfect holiday , she is happy to sit going through various destinations, and options , till she finds you something ,she is dedicated and totally professional. She goes above and beyond with everything . From offering car parking, insurance, lounges at airports , airport hotels , as well as explaining about direct debit payment options . Its a complete pleasure to book a holiday with this young lady . We wont be using anyone else otger than Chloe from now on .

Chloe was amazing, she listened to what we wanted and looked til she found us our perfect holiday. She gave us helpful advice on where to go to b3st suit all of our needs. She arranged our assisted travel and carparking all in store so everything was arranged when we left . Great service and really friendly, would definitely book with them again.

Where very helpful with all information we asked for on different holidays and recommended different things. Then guiding through booking make sure got best deal and everything we asked for and more.

We were served by the manager who was totally engaged and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she found us flights and a hotel that suited us so well. All our information has been printed out and secured in a Hays Wallet (beats trying to do it all yourself at home!). We know we will get a follow up call nearer to our flight time and our travel money can be bought there too. Very happy with this special customer service.

Chloe was a very knowledgeable and welcoming agent. I said to her what I wanted and we had it on the table within minutes .
The hotel I wanted the upgrades to the seating and room upgrades.
Passport scanned and just waiting for the call to get the boarding ticket etc.
I think this will now be my 1 stop travel agents as they did the holiday cheaper than the airline
