Had a great experience with Willow at the Fakenham branch, she was very patient with all our requirements on a limited budget. After lots of discussions she turned up a 5 star hotel in corfu for what seems a great price....second time she has gone above & beyond for us

After what felt like weeks looking online for a surprise Easter holiday (and his first ever flight), for our son's 18th birthday, we were getting in knots with the multitude of options. Many online package deals look very attractive but when you look into them the prices quoted you soon discover why when you realise, for example, that they are bed & breakfast only, no transfer to resort or no luggage included, etc. Once you sort those things next comes the minefield of finding flight times that suit! We just wanted someone to help us tie it all together and ensure we got the dream holiday without compromising on any of the special touches.

We decided to pop into Hayes Travel in Fakenham after reading their great reviews, to see if a high street agent could come anywhere close to the prices offered online and to help us tie up all the other details.

We were fortunate to have been greeted by the lovely manager Chloe, who spent the next 3 hours with us looking at every provider possible and making multiple phone calls on our behalf whilst all the while remaining both friendly and professional. Chloe was like a dog wuth a bone, 100% determined to find us what we wanted at the price we wanted. She is a credit to Hayes Travel for sure.

We were made to feel exceptionally welcome by all the staff, despite keeping them on a little after closing time to ensure we got our dream holiday booked (sorry!).

You have restored our faith in the benefits if using a High St travel agent versus booking online ourselves, and we most definitely recommend Hayes Travel in Fakenham in particular ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ladies were very helpful and friendly. Had a good laugh and a joke while sorting out all the details. Gave answers to all our questions and emailed any other information. Also followed up to check we had received everything.

We don't live near Fakenham and was not even thinking of booking a holiday, we saw a cheap holiday in Rhodes in the Hays window adverts, saw Chloe and with a few upgrades walked out 45min later with a great holiday booked. They were all very helpful and it was a good experience, Thanks. We shall pop in again we pass next.

Lovely to have reps with us for the cruise. It was lovely to see a familiar face on board. Nothing was too much trouble for them. So thank you for sending them with us. Hays in Fakenham is superb at helping us oldies with everything. They give such help and make the formalities of a trip so much easier to negotiate.

I just adore the staff in the Fakenham branch. As a 76 year old solo traveller, they have become as precious as my family to me. They have th knack of making you feel like the most important person they know, and take customer service to another level. Om a more general note, I would heartily recomend the Hays Travel Money card. I have just used mine for the first time in Majorca, and it just made everything so much simpler.

The agent we dealt with in the Fakenham branch was exceptionally helpful with booking our holiday.
