We wanted a cheap break away towards the end of the year and the agent called Sammi was brilliant. She found us a great deal and couldn't of been more helpful.

Very helpful and informative. Listened to what we wanted.

We were seen quickly as soon as Sarah became available. The whole process was straightforward once we had told her our plans. Sarah, and the rest of the team were very engaging and helpful!

Booking was quick and easy. Great to know if you have any queries you can speak in person rather than hanging on endlessly on the telephone.

Excellent service and we'll informed staff

Very helpful staff who tried there best to arrange travel via Exeter. After much searching and phone calling we found that this was not possible so booked via Gatwick.
Sahra did a wonderful job and sorted out our holiday to the letter. follow up visit was of the same high standard so well done one and all.

Yesterday my friend and I booked our holiday to Japan for next year in the Exmouth branch of Hays. Sammie was the agent who dealt with us. She is very efficient and friendly. She took all our requests and desires into account, phoning the tour operator to check every detail for us to ensure we got what we were looking forward to. A job well done.

Friendly helpful could do with more staff

The girl we were talking to was a bit vague about our particular holiday but we'll looked after by another girl

The member of staff was very friendly and booked our vacation quickly wasn’t told much about the hotel we’re staying in though but helpful

There were only two young ladies in the shop, it was early Saturday afternoon, I had to wait for about 45 minutes to be seen, several people came in and left without waiting, surely Saturday should be better staffed, there are five to six desks and the bureau de change.

Went into the Exmouth office to enquire about a first ever river cruise holiday. Initial provisional booking with Karra from the Topsham office was very good. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and answered any questions or concerns competently. Bit disappointed that the river cruise company didn’t offer the free upgrade for 2026 though when Karra rang them. It was only through my reading through the brochure did I notice this and informed Hays travel. I did get the upgrade when Karra enquired. Did the final reservation in the Exmouth office with Sammie a few days later who was also very professional, polite and efficient. Overall a good experience with Hays travel.
