When we finally booked she did it all smoothly and had relevant anecdotes to tell us about her experiences which really made us excited about the holiday ahead.

Excellent welcome and atmosphere throughout. Quick and reassuring response to questions and fine-tuning suggestions. A tad more clarity about next steps would have been appreciated but, overall, it was an uplifting and heartening experience.

Booking holiday tour
Was able to speak with holiday advisor straight away. Lauren was very helpful and asked questions we hadnt thought of. She spije with the tour rep & put speaker on phone so we could hear too.
