Holiday booked with Hayes Travel
We went to Hayes Travel Exeter to book a cruise Kelly looked after us found us the exact cruise we wanted and everything went as smooth as clockwork all the staff are very helpful and friendly would highly recommend

Esme is the best
The store was busy which clearly shows how popular it is.
I was served by Esme - she was personable, kind, happy, knowledgable and a pleasure to spend half an hour with. I knew where I wanted to go which made my visit quicker than some who visit I imagine.
Esme knew a lot about the area I am holidaying, she organised my silver stay parking at Bristol airport, offered to organise my insurance but I already have that with my bank account. Esme handed me my paperwork and emailed everything to me aswell.
All in all I would definitely visit Hays again and would make a beeline for esme if she isn’t busy!

I’m a bit disappointed really I used…
I’m a bit disappointed really I used gift vouchers that my dad gave me to pay for a bit of my holiday and after I had paid the balance I got a call asking for more money as they said they were out of date.
I saw no date on the cards
Very disappointed as my dad’s just died and it was one of the last gifts from him I’m thinking after you have paid your balance and left the shop you should not be asked for more money transaction was completed

Thank you for leaving your review. Once gift cards have expired we cannot extend the date any further. We did try and contact head office to make an exception, but they are unable to do this. As discussed with you on the phone, we did discount your holiday by £65 to cover some of the cost- Holly
