Holly was lovely. Very professional and knowledgeable and made the booking of our holidays quick and efficient but took the time to check we understood and felt happy with everything.

Horrendous experience. I had (much) more knowledge about booking a holiday than Esme did. Totally clueless, no confidence, no personality, just a deer in headlights. They could not offer competitive rates at all. I would not book with them if it was free.

We were lucky to speak to a representative right away, we new where and when we wanted to go so everything was quite simple really and Laura was very helpful and matched the price that was on the website, because we’re of the older generation that are not to confident with the internet, certainly will be back next time we book a holiday,
