Excellent knowledge, advice and service.
We are very happy and impressed by the service provided by Sharon at Hays Travel in Ely. Once I explained the considerations we needed as a neurodivergent family, Sharon immediately suggested a company and location that would accommodate our needs. She helped us find the right holiday for us and the booking process was smooth and easy. After care is also excellent as we have requested a couple of minor changes. 100% would recommend and use again.
