Excellent experience when booking a holiday on Saturday afternoon. Everything was covered & explained well.

All the staff are always friendly & helpful but a special shout out to Karen whose knowledge is amazing

Fabulous experience working with Karen, she took a very broad 'scope' and tailored it to exactly what we needed. She also managed get a cracking deal for us with the hotel. Will definitely be booking through Karen again. x

We have never used hays travel before but found it to be an excellent experience.
We knew where we wanted to go and were flexible on dates which made things easier .

The staff were very pleasant and took time to explain in detail all the relevant points re the different cruises, especially the suitability of the different departure and arrival times.
Booking was quick and straight forward.
