Went into our local Hays travel to book a holiday again We had to cancel our holiday earlier due to a family illness and went in to rebook the same holiday Couldn’t recommend them highly enough Aimee remembered us during the difficult time and was extremely helpful and supportive She was very patient throughout and can’t praise or thank her enough

I went into Elgin branch with my elderly parents to book a holiday to Salzburg. Karen was very friendly and helpful researching the best flights and hotel for our stay. The main highlight of the trip was to take my parents to a Mozart Dinner Concert. Karen went above and beyond to email the hotel to get the best experience. Excellent service 👌

Dianne was amazing, her Marella knowledge was a brilliant help.

The staff at Hays travel Elgin are all very pleasant and helpful.We were served by Emma she was very helpful and looked up a few holidays that met our requirements we were very pleased with the choice she presented us with.

Fabulous experience working with Karen, she took a very broad 'scope' and tailored it to exactly what we needed. She also managed get a cracking deal for us with the hotel. Will definitely be booking through Karen again. x

We have never used hays travel before but found it to be an excellent experience.
We knew where we wanted to go and were flexible on dates which made things easier .
We woukd definately use hays travel again
