Being welcomed in such a warm and friendly manner always by the staff in Hays Travel Eastbourne. Feeling very valued as a customer and receiving exemplary customer service always. Our advisor was Tina who really went above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we were hoping for, which we did. All the staff in the Eastbourne store ensure customers get the best possible service. I always go to them for my holidays and currency. I get good deals too.

We have saved hard to be able to book a holiday to Italy and Debbie was outstanding and got us the holiday we wanted for much cheaper than we expected meaning we now have more money to plan for days out. Tina at Hayes travel was wonderful she was very busy with everyone she dealt with and was very professional. When she dealt with me and my friend she was also very professional and very helpful.The hotel we wanted wasn't it the shearings brochure but we found it on Facebook and she took all the details and managed to book it for us. So very happy with the service.
