Hays Travel Durham is my go to branch when booking holidays.
I contacted Ashleigh, branch manager, with some options and dates and prices were given quickly and clearly.
When the decision was made on which one we would like to book, Ashleigh then provided an outstanding and efficient service. Everything was explained clearly and my booking documents were delivered promptly. Thank you again Ashleigh and Hays!

Ashleigh from the Durham office, was fab. Very helpful , organised and on the ball. Nothing was too much trouble for her. My husband’s uses a mobility scooter and accessibility was sorted immediately. I will certainly book a holiday with her again. Thank you

The travel agent
The travel agent , Chloe in the Durham City branch was excellent. I was asking for a last minute booking for a British Isles coastal cruise which proved to be fully booked. She used her own initiative and found a suitable replacement quickly and professionally . The new cruise is along the French, Belgian, Netherlands coast on the Ambassador ship, Ambition. This company is new to me and aot cheap than Fred Olsen my usual cruise line!
