Sandra couldn’t have been more helpful. Service was excellent. She found the perfect hotel in exactly the right area with everything I was looking for.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back when booking next trip.

The service we received was amazing Sandra helped us so much we booked 3 holidays with her at one sitting we where in there fir 2 and a half hours her patience was outstanding with us lot couldn't fault her she was just a smiley girl from start to finish she works at hays in dundee city centre will defo go back to her for more holidays she's so welcoming

We went in to book 2 cruises the lady we got must be learning she got in a bit of a muddle and thought she had booked the same cruise twice so had to phone the cruise company to make sure she hadn't it all became very confusing but hopefully it's sorted out think we would have been better just booking it ourselves
