Staff are very welcoming don't try hard sell listen to what you want and deliver the goods completely stress free cannot fault them another successful visit highly recommended

I went to Hays to book a holiday in September. I had an idea that I wanted a cruise and when I met with Sandra she managed to get exactly what me and husband wanted. We have booked our parking, hotel overnight stay and flights to Barcelona. Also our beautiful cruise on a Celebrity ship. I got lots of advice from Sandra and Peter who told me about his experience cruising. It was a bit nail biting as we got that the last cabin with all our requirements. Another great experience with the Hays team. A special shout out to Sandra who is so helpful and has lots of patience !! Will definitely book with Hays Dundee again much to my husbands' concerns regarding his bank balance !!!

On this occasion, I phoned to get travel insurance only. A quick process, followed by an email copy of certificate or which can be printed out by visiting in store or at home.

The staff in the Dundee branch are always friendly and helpful. I have no complaints

Sandra was a very helpful cheery travel agent
She helped us with Ryan Air app booked seats, boarding passes and even created a wallet for easy access to QR code for boarding
She told us everything we needed to know about our Hotel..checking reviews checking resort and facilities

Peter has been helping me find holidays for years and he knows the sort of places I like. Since we’ve had children Peter has been great at finding somewhere that suits all of us. He looks out for good flight times, good family accommodation and nice hotels. The booking process was extremely easy and all taken out of my hands.

Gill was extremely helpful, answering my encyclopaedia of questions and sorting my changing requests. She went above and beyond without being pushy- checked in when was appropriate and explained changing deals with realistic timeframes. She was great!
