Very helpful staff
My fiancee and I went in to book our honeymoon and we were greeted by Joshua and from the minute we sat down he was attentive and very helpful for us. We told him what we wanted and was able to provdie us with a number of different options so we were able to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend Hays in Downpatrick, especially with staff like Joshua taking all the stress away and making it very easy for us.

Our Travel Advisor was Michelle, we explained what we wanted for our trip to Canada and Michelle sorted it all out for us. We needed car hire and hotels for various stops, Hays did the lot as a package. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
Popped into the shop to make an enquiry. Was given excellent advice and no pressure to buy from Michelle. Very friendly and relaxed experience. When I rang back to book it was handled very efficiently. And they open on Sundays which is amazing!!
