We have just started to use Hays as our preferred booking agent, they helped us a great deal in sorting our travel plans, however when we went in the next time to book there was just a young gentleman called Cameron who is still training, but we all have to start somewhere, and I’d just like to say what an asset he is to Hays travel, he went above and beyond, if he wasn’t sure about something he asked for advice, an absolute delight to book with him so much so we called in again yesterday and booked another holiday with him. Thank you Cameron

It's never too much trouble for the staff in the shop to help us find what we're looking for and within our budget. The service is second to none and we wouldn't book with anyone else

This review is NOT a complaint against Hays.Not a pleasant replacement choice of destination & hotel, after we paid an extra £200. Ive booked with Hays & jet2 many times, but our recent holiday was not worthy of 5 stars. Sunny Beach Corfu. Ive had 3star holidays, much nicer, both in quality, Room, service, food & entertainment, to name a few. The description of near by cafes, restaurants etc, was vastly overrated., Hotel info' was poor. Couldn't find a jet2 rep. The animation team did not make any effort to speak English. Everything was dedicated to French holidaymakers. Excessively loud music round each pool & bar. Not pleasant to be there & certainly would advise Hays NOT to recommend the venue.

Fantastic customer service from Danielle for looking for great deal for me as she looked at lots to begin with then found me a good price for a hotel I had been recommended also thanks to Kirsten. Excellent friendly helpful staff and all sorted via Facebook messenger and email definitely recommend.

Kirsten took all the stress of booking my holiday, single parent with 3 children 1 who has autism, she sorted travel insurance and private transfers, got me a great deal, super excited to take my kids abroad for first time. Would 100% book threw this shop again.

Brilliant staff all really friendly even gave the kids pen and paper to draw while we were sat booking our family holiday always booked with hays travel keep up the excellent work guys
