The friendly warm welcome we received from Katie who was very efficient and helpful. We had great service and she took care of everything, Leaving us able to go home excited for our trip. Would definitely recommend to my friends great service with a smile.

I’ve booked a few times through hays in Darlington. The staff has always been nice and helpful and strive to find you the best deals. We booked Krakow yesterday with Chloe who was excellent and helpful! 😀easy booking process. Great staff and service is the best!

Never used a Travel company before
Never used a Travel company before. Service & contact / communication was excellent. Took all the worry out of trying to organise a multi island stay with transfers & ferries.
Would recommend using Hays again.

Amazing customer service
Cameron was fantastic he saved our cruise. Due to a mishap on the way to the airport we missed our flight for the cruise. Explained what had happened to Cameron and then he weaved the Hays magic. Within an hour he had liased with the cruise company and secured flights for us to join the cruise at one of the ports of call. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
