Katie in Darlington Town Centre who sorted our holiday was fantastic, kept in touch and guided us all the way, very helpful

We are so impressed with Owen our travel agent, he went above and beyond to help us plan our trip to America.
Nothing was too much trouble & he was so accommodating, helpful & informative throughout.

We truly appreciate his dedication to support us, we are really looking forward to our trip in September.

I booked my holiday with Sophie in Darlington she was very helpful and provided a good summary of holiday choices. Once the holiday was booked I was offered other services such as airport parking which was useful.
Overall happy with the service I received, staff were helpful and polite.

We had great service the lady we saw was great we new what we wanted as I always do my homework first but she was very professional and friendly
