Owen was very helpfull I gave him my requirements to look for a holiday and he came back to me with a choice and whilst it was limited one of the options was perfect for our requirements.

The booking process was really easy the staff in Darlington where very helpful as we just knew our destination they helped us find the best resort the best time changing to get better prices etc very helpful friendly and knowledgeable even after we have booked

Natalie was very patient& informative of the trip i was booking, i made it difficult by not being able to use my phone!!! But Natalie was the ultimate professional
